ACHU MURUKU


   INGREDIENTS :
Fried rice flour   :    3/4 cup   
Sugar               :    50 gm
Salt                 :    1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds   :    1tsp
Rava                :    2 tsp
Maida               :    50 gm
Coconut            :    1/2   
Oil                   :    as needed for frying



METHODS :
* Grate coconut and prepare thick coconut milk.
* Mix all the ingredients except oil, to form a batter.
* Heat oil in a frying pan.
* Dip the murukku mould in hot oil and then in batter.
* Dip it again in oil and shake the mould.
* The murukku will fall into oil.
* When fried remove form oil.
